My wife ordered me an MU logo for my birthday. After much delay of a month, we got the product delivered in the last few days. When we opened, we were shocked to find an unfinished product delivered. The Wood finish was not blacked out and the wood/plywood logos are clearly visible.
Is this how you deliver a product to the customer? With visible plywood logos & unpainted areas? We have been trying to reach out to their customer support phone nos & whatsapp but they barely respond.

This is probably the best Man Utd merchandise I've ever bought. It's crafted beautifully and with care and you can see people have worked hard on this LED logo. Easy to install/assemble and various color modes keep it fresh. Remote works fine and all the RGB patterns and solid colors work flawlessly. Best thing is you can use it without light as well, it's look stunning even without LEDs on(I've attached photos with and without LEDs). Thank you Hustlezy!

Personally I fell the quality could be a little better. Overall looks very nice. LEDs are nice and bright. Light/colour changing sensor is in a odd position and requires trying from multiple angles to get it to work properly. Maybe could improve.
