1. How long are shipping times?

At Hustlezy.com, we aim to get your non-custom/handmade products shipped within 72 business hours. Once dispatched, please allow 7 to 18 business days for your order to reach your doorstep. For specific delivery estimates for each product, you can find the information on your order page. It's important to note that this is a general shipping timeline, and actual shipping durations may vary from product to product. During the checkout process, you will see more accurate delivery estimates, and in some cases, shipping times may be on the lower end of the range. 

  1. What's your return policy?

Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full replacement. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a picture, and we’ll give you a new product against any manufacturing defects/ shipping damages. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it. 

  1. Can I cancel my order?

Given that many of our products are customized, cancellations may not be possible even if the item has not yet been shipped, as it might already be in the production phase. We recommend contacting our customer support team promptly if you wish to cancel your order. While we will make every effort to assist you, please be aware that cancellations are subject to the specific production status of your customized product, and we cannot guarantee cancellations once production has commenced.

  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a replacement according to situation.

  1. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.

   6. What to Do if your Package is Marked Delivered but not Received ?

In the event your tracking information shows your package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please follow the process outlined below. Before filling out our Affidavit form, we do ask that you check with nearby neighbors to see if your package was accidentally delivered to the wrong address, or check with the front desk of your residential complex to see if they are holding your package.

Please note: You must reach out to HUSTLEZY within 2 days of your tracking information saying  “delivered” in order for us to initiate a claim for your package. 

Additionally, HUSTLEZY is not able to file a claim on every order. Examples of scenarios where HUSTLEZY would not be able to file a claim include:

2. Taxes or Duties Refused

3. Chargeback

  • BOX 1: Write in your full first and last name.
  • BOX 2: Write in the state you live in.
  • BOX 3: Write in the shipping address where the package was to be delivered.
  • BOX 4: Write in the date the tracking information shows your item was delivered in the following format: DD/MM/YYYY
  • BOX 5: Write in the name of the shipping carrier HUSTLEZY used to ship your item to you.
  • BOX 6: Write in today’s date in the following format: DD/MM/YYYY
  • BOX 7: Write in your full first and last name.
  • BOX 8: Write in your order number.
  1. Print a copy of the filled document.
  2. Sign your name on the Signature of Recipient line at the bottom of the document.
  3. Once the Affidavit has been completely filled out, scan or take a clear picture of the completed form, visit the Contact Us on hustlezy.com, press the Contact Us and attach the PDF to the attachments or email us on ciao@hustlezy.com
