Loved the product it's quality and how it turned out to be is really magestic. But there was a late delivery (after the special day) though i placed order almost a month before. No updates were provided for the order until asked even after that didn't give a satisfactory response. You should work on customer support and ensure on time delivery and should give the processing updates to the customer.
